Refund and Cancellation Policy

Hotel Cancellation Policy

  • More than 15 days before check-in date free cancellation.
  • Between 15 days to 7 days before check-in date 20% of the total cost will be charged as cancellation fee.
  • Between 7 days to 3 days before check-in date 50% of the total cost will be charged as cancellation fee.
  • 3 days before check-in date there will be no-refund.
  • An additionally Rs. 500/- per room per night will be charge by Avaniholidays.in as service charge.
  • On long weekends and 25th April to 31st July and after 25th Dec to 7th Jan of every year cancellation will strictly depends upon hotel refund policy. Many hotels during this period work on no refund policy.

General Package Cancellation Policy

  • Less than 7 Days Prior to Date of Travel: 100% of the total Package Cost as cancellation charge
  • 7 - 15 Days Prior to Date of Travel: 75% of the total Package Cost as cancellation charge
  • 16 - 30 Days Prior to Date of Travel: 50% of total Package Cost as cancellation charge
  • More than 30 Days: Full Refund of total Package Cost Excluding Processing Fees of Rs 2,000

Train Package Cancellation Policy

  • Less than 2 Days Prior to Date of Travel: No Refund
  • 2 - 120 Days Prior to Date of Travel: Full amount of train ticket cost will be refunded as what amount we received from Indian Railway excluding booking charge.
  • More than 120 Days: Full Refund of total Package Cost Excluding Processing Fees of Rs 2,000
  • We are not responsible for train delay or train cancellation.
  • We are also not responsible for any type of natural or human clamity.
  • Some time its happen that you train ticket will not get confirm in this case we can do alternative arrangement or you have to stay there till alternative arrangement have done on your own expense.

Other Services Cancellation Policy

For some service like Flight Tickets, Helicopter Booking, Train Ticket your will get refund as the refund policy printed on the ticket.

When you get refund?

Refunded amount will be deposited or transferred into your account within 20 working days from date on which cancellation initiated.
