Package Cancellation Policy

• If your package inclusive of Train Ticket/Flight Ticket/Helicopter Ticket/Volvo Ticket or any other service. Amount of refund and cancellation will be applicable as per Indian railway refund rules/Airline Operator refund rules/Helicopter Operator refund rules/Volvo Operator refund rules or any other service refund rules and there refund and cancellation policy. Amount get refunded from operator/service provider will be exactly refunded to you without any deduction.
• Our Package cost is consider after deduction cost of Train Ticket/Flight Ticket/Helicopter Ticket/Volvo Ticket. For example Suppose your Total pacakge cost is Rs 52,000 in which Rs 12,000 is train ticket cost. Then actual package cost is Rs 52,000 - Rs 12,000 = Rs 40,000
• On the actual package cost following Package Cancellation Rules will be applicable
• Less than 7 Days Prior to Date of Travel: 100% of the total Package Cost as cancellation charge
• 7 - 15 Days Prior to Date of Travel: 75% of the total Package Cost as cancellation charge
• 16 - 30 Days Prior to Date of Travel: 50% of total Package Cost as cancellation charge
• More than 30 Days: Full Refund of total Package Cost Excluding Processing Fees of Rs 3,000
• No cancellation & any refund will be made at any cost in case of bad weather or landslide or any Natural disaster which is not in our control.
• Cancellation & other policies as per the hotel and any other services included in package.
• On long weekends and 25th April to 31st July and after 25th Dec to 7th Jan of every year cancellation will strictly depends upon hotel refund policy. Many hotels during this period work on no refund policy.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

• More than 15 days before check-in date free cancellation.
• Between 15 days to 7 days before check-in date 20% of the total cost will be charged as cancellation fee.
• Between 7 days to 3 days before check-in date 50% of the total cost will be charged as cancellation fee.
• 3 days before check-in date there will be no-refund.
• An additionally Rs. 500/- per room per night will be charge by Avaniholidays.in as service charge.

Train Ticket Cancellation Policy

• Less than 2 Days Prior to Date of Travel: No Refund
• 2 - 120 Days Prior to Date of Travel: Full amount of train ticket cost will be refunded as what amount we received from Indian Railway excluding booking charge.
• More than 120 Days: Full Refund of total Ticket Cost Excluding Processing Fees of Rs 2,000
• We are not responsible for train delay or train cancellation.
• We are also not responsible for any type of natural or human clamity.
• Some time its happen that you train ticket will not get confirm in this case we can do alternative arrangement or you have to stay there till alternative arrangement have done on your own expense.

Other Services Cancellation Policy

For some service like Flight Tickets, Helicopter Booking, Train Ticket your will get refund as the refund policy printed on the ticket.

When you get refund?

Refunded amount will be deposited or transferred into your account within 20 working days from date on which cancellation initiated.

Important Note

Any dispute relating to Package or arising related to refund and cancellation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Court of Greater Noida,Uttar Pradesh Only.

If your package is cancelled and on place of taking refund if you choose credit note in that case credit note is valid only for one year. Within one year you have to use your credit note amount, otherwise amount will be lapsed.
