Despite Heavy Snowfall 13 Thousand People Are Reaching Every Day For The Visas Of Mata Vaishno Devi

Jammu: The snowfall continues in the mountainous areas. White sheets of snow have been spread in all the cities. However, despite the heavy snowfall and the freezing cold, the enthusiasm of the devotees going to see Vaishno Devi has not decreased. Despite the snowfall and winter, about 13 thousand devotees are arriving every day to see Goddess Vaishno Devi. According to officials, the Shrine Board has not yet opened the natural cave route, which is normally opened to pilgrims by mid-January. During this period, the number of devotees who come for darshan daily becomes about 7000. The Chief Executive Officer of Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board, Simrandeep Singh said that, "Despite the snowfall and the cold winter, 12 to 13 thousand people come to the temple daily". On Monday, the natural cave route was not opened for darshan on Makar Sankranti, because the number of pilgrims is more. However, the natural cave route can be opened by next week.
